do good opportunities

Why These? The main reasons why I love teaching yoga is that it keeps me locked in on the present moment (aka, gets me in a mindful head space) and it uses all of my senses.  It is also an instance where entirely focusing on other people and not at all on my own sh*t enhances my overall sense of well-being and self-care.  I think it's because it's such an 'active' activity. It is from this frame of mind that I'm going to keep my eye open for volunteer opportunities for you that are just as active and have the same potential for adding to your mindfulness.   I'll update this space week to week throughout the year for new opportunities as I find them.  Some will be anytime opportunities and some will be for specific timeframes.
